Whether you are brand new to Integrative Human Design or already familiar with the details of your chart, I can help you understand and live your design by connecting the theory of your chart to your own life experience in real time through the issues that are in your life right now. This awareness often brings with it great compassion and self love. I can include more teaching about your chart with Human Design terminology if you wish, or just focus on your life and emotional needs without the jargon.
During the session I stay very present with you, reading your energy as we go, and guiding you through shadow work and/or light work as needed. More than just chart analysis, my focus is on facilitating embodiment of your truest self in the now through the transformational power of emotional work. My goal for you by the end of every session is to be more aligned with your highest timeline and more empowered to keep yourself in tune with it.

Human Design can be likened to astrology in the way that is uses the imprint of celestial energies at the moment of birth (and in Human Design’s case an additional imprint about 88 days prior) to understand and describe the energetic blueprint of a person. It provides the structure for this integrated framework through the bodygraph (Human Design’s version of the birth chart in astrology) with its energetic circuitry and major elements like profile lines, type, strategy, authority, etc. The astrological data that fills in all those parts of the chart are expressed through the 64 gates (all the numbers on your chart). Those gates correspond to the 64 hexagrams of the I-Ching, the archetypal energies that make up our reality.
Those same gates are also known as the Gene Keys, and in that context they fill in the structure of Human Design with much greater detail and character. The Gene Keys describe three different frequency bands that the gates/keys can be experienced as. For example, gate 4 can be expressed in one’s life as intolerance at the “shadow” level, understanding at the “gift” level, or forgiveness at the “siddhi” (divine perfection) level. Richard Rudd has a very fat book describing each frequency of each gate at length. All of that information fills in the structure of the Human Design system with color, depth, richness, and nuance. These two related systems used in congruence are here known as Integrative Human Design.
